I received an email in my inbox titled: The Best New Hotels in Europe. From Condé Nast. These emails always get me super excited. Even though I don’t let myself be guided by this list, these are always amazing for inspiration. Because I KNOW that El Somni Ibiza Dream Hotel is also pretty new and I didn’t see that on this list or another list for that matter. If you’re curious, just read my blog post on El Somni Ibiza Dream Hotel here. That said, I went through the list and picked out the best of the best new hotels in Europe for you, and I have 8 in total! And there are a few that I already want to book right now.
While Switzerland is definitely beautiful, it wasn’t that high on my list. Did you notice how I said that in the past tense? Because it is now. Omg. This is unreal. And if you guys know me a little bit, you know that views are the things that convince me to book a hotel or not. While the inside of this hotel looks cute, it’s not amazing, but not bad either. But the view. I can’t even. Check out The Brecon for your trip of tranquility in Switzerland.

When I went to Ibiza, I only had limited time to explore Formentera, but omg, what I’ve seen was amazing. And so I was super excited when I saw the name of this hotel. FORMENTERA! And Dunas de Formentera did not disappoint. It truly deserves a place on the best new hotels in Europe list. That VIEW! That’s it. I’m booking Dunas de Formentera now.

Let me tell you that the very first photo I saw was from the inside. And I fell in love. I don’t have that often with the inside of a hotel. But when I do, it’s a sign. A sign I have to go there. And if the view is also a million dollars. You just have to book it. Like, immediately. If you’re a big fan of nature, so should you. Because the Eriro Alpine Hide basically IS nature. Wow, just wow.

Heading back to the ocean. This is perfect for a May or September getaway. And I might just do it. I mean, this is raw Greece in its tranquility. Santorini is close by and all the crowds are there. This truly is everything I want and need. Every suite has their own private pool. Before this list, I was thinking about going to Ios, but I changed my mind. Just wow! Check out Gundari Resort here.

The next one in Greece on a different island. Maybe I should just go Island hopping, haha. They literally have tables and seats on the beach that’s adjoined to the hotel. To get there you have to take a private boat from Athens. This is giving me a lot of White Lotus vibes. I love it! But again, the views. That always does it for me. And so it does at One&Only Kéa Island.

I was really happy to see this one on the list, because Rome is actually in my head for this year! And Romeo Roma has such a unique style! I truly love the decor. It’s modern but with a historical touch. It’s close to the Trevi fountain, so in the middle of the city centre. That’s also what you see when you look at the photo on the terrace. I’m curious to know what you’ll see if you walk a little closer to the edge on the terrace. Definitely one to keep in mind when I’m going to Rome! Check out Romeo Roma here.

With the W Prague it’s not the view, but the interior that caught my eye. Because those colors. I’m a big fan of bold colors and these are amazing. That bar, I mean. It looks amazing! But my point here is that I love the interior of the hotel and would be the reason why I would stay here when going to Prague. Prague is an amazing city btw so if you haven’t been, definitely go check it out. I was there way too short, so I do want to go back. Just don’t know when yet. Check out the W Prague here.

I have to make some decisions. First, I had a road trip through Italy in mind around September. But now, I’m not so sure. I might choose Greece and go island hopping or something, hahaha. Which hotel would you book in an instant? For me it’s definitely the Gundari Resort. Who’s with me? Btw, if you’re curious to know about the hotels that I’ve already visited, then check out my portfolio.

What an impressive city! I already was excited to go because of the connection it has with the story of Sissi, but I wouldn’t imagine that it would be this incredible. Within a day I already knew that I would definitely go back to Vienna to stay longer. For now, let me take you through […]
